This 1973 Mercury Cougar is the latest addition to Larry Bertram’s fleet of collector cars.
He said he is just the third owner. Its previous owner spent 15 years doing restoration work, but never completed the job. So, when Larry bought the car, he finished the restoration in a little more than a year.
The retired automotive teacher started his collection when he moved to Payson in 1994.
He has a Crosley he’s doing now.
