Two local teens were seriously injured last week when their vehicle flipped on Doll Baby Ranch Road, ejecting one, authorities said.
Just before 5 a.m. Nov. 24, the teens’ passenger vehicle went off the roadway and into the brush 100 feet, flipping at least once, said Fire Chief Marty deMasi.
One of the teens was ejected from the vehicle and both were seriously injured, deMasi said.
The accident happened in the 3500 block of West Doll Baby Ranch Road, west of the old sewer plant facility.
The 16- and 17-year-old were airlifted to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborne Medical Center. The Gila County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the wreck.
