My husband recently had a heart attack. Thanks to several organizations and many individuals, he is recovering nicely.
It started with the police department. The 911 call took seconds to complete and the dispatcher obviously reacted instantly as the firemen arrived in less than five minutes.
Eight men, myself, their cart, and all their equipment immediately took over our somewhat small bedroom. The evaluation and interventions took place at record speed resulting in a decision for a trip to the Valley by helicopter. The EMT said he would be taken to the closest hospital as there were definite concerns. By the time our daughter and I drove to Mayo Clinic hospital, my husband had
received immediate necessary medical interventions and was comfortably resting in his room. As he received such impressive care from beginning to end; he was able to return home two days later.
Finally, in order to return to the Valley to bring my husband home, Chapman’s managed to quickly repair our car the day before the scheduled appointment. Our family wishes to thank all who gave their help when we needed it.
