Lip Sync Concert Is Feb. 26 At Phs

The members of Kiwanis, Optimists, Rotary and the Payson High School STUGO (student government) and Drama Club invite Rim residents and visitors to attend the Lip Sync Concert Saturday, Feb. 26 at the high school auditorium.

There were 300 people at the first Lip Sync concert and 600-plus attended last year; so a sell out is expected this year. Organizers are recommending tickets be purchased in advance of the show.

Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased from members of the participating clubs, Payson High School Studio Theater, East West Exchange, MoJoe’s, Oasis Christian Book Store, the Payson Public Library and Payson Roundup.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6:45 p.m. — this will provide time for guests to find seats and to look at and bid on an extensive inventory of silent auction items.

In addition to the event and silent auction, there will be a 50-50 raffle. The tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for youth — a $2 discount is offered on the prices if bought before Feb. 26. All proceeds will be used for continuing educational scholarships.

Adults and students alike will enjoy this fun-filled event.
