Register for business showcase
The 19th Annual Business Showcase is ready to help showcase the businesses in Rim Country.
The “Showcase of Savings” will be held March 18, 19 and 20 at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino Event Center. The annual business showcase is an opportunity to highlight businesses and products to other businesses and residents of Payson and the surrounding communities.
As was the case last year, exhibitors may share a booth with another chamber member and sales may be made from booths.
The economics in Rim Country today require businesses to maximize their goods, services and savings to local community members. This is an opportunity to offer “showcase specials” that will attract local residents to experience the savings the Rim Country has to offer.
The convenient location of the showcase, a two-day event, the ability to sell products, and share a booth are designed to create new business opportunities.
The chamber has negotiated with the Payson Roundup and KMOG to provide special advertising rates exclusive to business showcase participants.
Past participants have the first-come, first-served opportunity to become an exhibitor, and choose a location prior to other businesses.
The amount of booth space requires that all entries be based on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed application and payment will be required to hold a booth or location.
On Feb. 11, this opportunity will be opened to the general chamber membership.
For more information, contact the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce at (928) 474-4515.

GET Lip Sync tickets now
The members of Kiwanis, Optimists, Rotary and the Payson High School STUGO (student government) and Drama Club invite Rim residents and visitors to attend the Lip Sync Concert Saturday, Feb. 26 at the high school auditorium.
There were 300 people at the first Lip Sync concert and 600-plus attended last year; so a sell out is expected this year. Organizers are recommending tickets be purchased in advance of the show.
Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased from members of the participating clubs, Payson High School Studio Theatre, East West Exchange, MoJoe’s, Oasis Christian Book Store, the Payson Public Library and the Payson Roundup.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6:45 p.m. — this will provide time for guests to find seats and to look at and bid on an extensive inventory of silent auction items.
In addition to the event and silent auction, there will be a 50-50 raffle. The tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for youth — a $2 discount is offered on the prices if bought before Feb. 26. All proceeds will be used for continuing educational scholarships.
Adults and students alike will enjoy this fun-filled event.
