The Gospel Kids Club begins Friday
The Gospel Kids Club, for children 7 and older, begins Friday, Feb. 4 at the Uptown Café, 612 N. Beeline Highway, Payson.
The group will meet from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. the first Friday of each month to learn through Bible stories, games and fun activities. Participants need parental permission and parents and guardians are welcome to attend.

Computer group meets
The Payson Area Computer Association will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 4 in the meeting room of the Payson Public Library. The guest speaker will be Gene Barlow from User Group Relations, who will do a presentation on Acronis Products.
Guests are always welcome. The first meeting is always free. Membership is only $10 per year per family.
Ponderosa Men’s Breakfast planned
The Ponderosa Men’s Breakfast will be at 8 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 5 at Ponderosa Baptist Church, 1800 N. Beeline Highway, Payson. Enjoy “Breakfast for a Buck” and guest speakers Jim Robertson and Andy Poland, who will share about how they found the real Jesus.

American Legion Riders to meet Saturday
The Payson American Legion Riders February meeting is at Tiny’s Restaurant Saturday, Feb. 5. Breakfast is at 9:15 a.m. with a business meeting to follow at 10 a.m.
Members will be reviewing the new T-shirt design and discussing planned activities to encourage community and merchant cooperation in the Annual Charity Run to benefit the Payson Supply Line.
The Payson Supply Line is a 501C3 charity, whose mission is to provide needed personal items to our military stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Free emotional health series meets Mondays
A free 6-week series on “Caring for the emotionally damaged heart” is planned at Uptown Espresso in the Swiss Village, just north of Circle K, at 6:30 p.m., Mondays, February through March.
Topics will include: why we cannot show sympathy; dealing with feelings of abandonment, bitterness and betrayal; depression; emotional intimacy issues and more.
Manifesting Abundance Group

The Socrates Café is open to anyone who wishes to attend, and uses the Socratic method to discuss a question which is chosen by vote or which is announced shortly in advance.
