Members of the Rim Country Classic Auto Club will present a car show Saturday, July 16 at Rumsey Park on north McLane Road. The vintage automobiles will be on display as part of the Payson Public Library’s Key Ingredients Smithsonian Institution exhibit.

Picnic in a Jar

Learn to make a Picnic in a Jar from Payson Public Library director Terry Morris Tuesday, July 26. There are three class times to choose from: 10 a.m. to noon; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.; and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The class will be at the library and costs $10 per person. To register, stop by the library or call (928) 474-9260.

The Picnic in a Jar Cooking Classes are part of the Key Ingredients Smithsonian Institution exhibit.

Fancy Nancy Tea Party

Young ladies ages 4 to 12 will be treated to a tea party at the Payson Public Library Saturday, Aug. 20.

Those ages 4 to 7 will have their party from 10:30 a.m. to noon; and those 8 to 12 will have their tea from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Participants will enjoy a fabulous tea party with snacks, fun games, and great prize giveaways.

Play dress-up with jewelry, scarves, and hats — then get your glamour on as you walk the fashion runway.

Space is limited to 25 girls per party, so sign up in the children’s room between July 12 and Aug. 6. For more information, call Katie at (928) 474-9260.
