Registered Sex Offender Files Notice He Is Now Living In Rye

Sex offender David Albert Burge, 47, notified police that he will be living at 16557 N. Highway 87 #7 in Rye.

During the summer of 1994, police say Burge molested his 9-year-old daughter on several occasions and had sexual conduct with her 12-year-old friend.

Burge is current on his registration requirements. Burge, who drives a tan 1987 Toyota truck with Arizona license plate 389SXC, is 6 feet 2 inches tall, 187 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
