Thanks For Big-Hearted, Generous Support

The parents of PAAL, (Payson Association for Advanced Learning), would like to thank the community and businesses of Payson who generously helped to raise $42,000 to send 39 students and 21 adults to Washington, D.C. for the March break this year.

Besides seeing the Supreme Court in session, laying flowers on Payson relatives’ headstones at Arlington National Cemetery, visiting the Holocaust Museum, checking out the Library of Congress, climbing the Washington Monument, browsing the Smithsonian Institute, and spending hours exploring the Mall, the trip itself taught children who had never been on a plane or subway before how to negotiate airports and train depots, follow an itinerary, and keep within a schedule.

Thank you Payson, for your big-hearted generosity supporting the children of this town.
