Star Valley will once again consider purchasing three wells from Payson for nearly $100,000 at a council meeting Tuesday.
It’s been a year since the Payson town council signed an intergovernmental agreement to limit pumping of the Tower Well and sell three wells to Star Valley.
At the time, most of the Star Valley council supported the idea, but asked for more time to consider the deal.
Now the council will once again dive into the issue, this time with its water attorney Karen Nally present.
The council will discuss water issues starting at a 5:30 p.m. work-study session, possibly voting on an agreement at a regular council meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. at 3675 E. Highway 260.
