Good Health Care Needs Fundamental Reform Of Medicaid

In his June 21 piece, Mr. Aleshire is correct when he says that Medicaid does not “provide good enough care.” That’s why I support fundamental reform of the program. The vulnerable people at the heart of Medicaid’s mission deserve something more than substandard or “good enough” care. They deserve a quality health care program, which will not be accomplished by vastly expanding the number of people covered without any underlying reforms, as ObamaCare does.
