Time Out Tuesdays At Chili’S Benefits Domestic Violence Services

The Payson area Chili’s restaurant is offering residents and visitors an opportunity to support the Time Out Shelter.

This month marks the start of “Time Out Tuesdays.” Chili’s will donate 10 percent of sales made to customers presenting a Time Out Tuesdays coupon on the third Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m. to close at 900 S. Beeline Highway.

Proceeds benefit Time Out’s emergency services for women and children.

Time Out’s staff works to end domestic violence through a number of programs including providing safe shelter and transitional housing and community-based programs for male and female victims not in need of shelter.

“Research shows that Gila County families are at greater risk for family violence,” said Gerry Bailey, Time Out’s executive director.

“We are excited to collaborate with local businesses, like Chili’s, to improve family and community safety.”
