The Arizona Department of Transportation will close one lane of State Route 260 between Christopher Creek and the turnoff to Woods Canyon Lake from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 24 and Wednesday, May 25. The closures allow maintenance crews to apply oil to the pavement.
Crews will work on five miles of the highway each day and apply oil to both sides of the roadway. Traffic will be restricted to one lane through the work zone.
Since State Route 260 is a divided highway, drivers should not experience significant delays.
