The Saving Graces of Payson — a Canasta card-playing group — is looking for a few ladies who enjoy fun, laughter and friendship.

Breast Cancer Support Group on the road
The Breast Cancer Support Group is carpooling to Tina’s Treasures in the Valley instead of the regular November meeting.
Members will meet in the Stage parking lot at 10 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 10 and carpool down.
Tina’s Treasures is hosting the group for lunch and a tour of its facilities.
All breast cancer survivors are welcome to join.
Those planning on making purchases at Tina’s Treasures should bring a prescription from their doctor for whatever they plan to purchase since most insurances will pick up the majority of the tab for prostheses and mastectomy bras.

Elks invitation to Red Hatters, others
The Payson Elks Lodge is issuing a special invitation to the Rim area’s Red Hat organizations.
The 4th Annual Luncheon and Bingo for the Children’s Shopping Spree is at the Payson Elks Lodge Friday, Nov. 11.
Tickets are $10 per person, and none will be sold at the door.

Daughters of the American Revolution
The November meeting of the Daughters of the American Revolution will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11 at the LDS Church, 913 S. Ponderosa (please enter through the middle door in the rear of the building).
This is a change from the usual meeting place.
The guest speaker for this meeting will be Peggy Hurd, ASDAR state parliamentarian, who will be speaking on Parliamentary Procedures. Guests and prospective members are welcome to attend.
