Celebration of Life
Remember and honor the passing of a loved one during the holidays by celebrating their life.
Hospice Compassus, Messinger’s Funeral Home, the Rim Country Hospice Foundation and Gerardo’s Italian Bistro invite the public to the annual Celebration of Life.
The Celebration of Life has become a holiday tradition for many. The commemoration begins at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30 at Mountain Bible Church. The evening includes prayers, music, remembrances, a power point presentation, a beautiful signing performed by one of our hospice home health aides, and a tree lighting ceremony.
Gerardo’s Italian Bistro will provide a full-course meal at the end of the evening.
The Celebration of Life is free of charge and open to the community. However, each participant is asked to bring a can of food to be given to St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank to help those less fortunate during the holidays.
Personalized crystal butterfly ornaments can be ordered prior to the evening event for $12 per ornament.
Anyone interested in attending or ordering ornaments should contact Hospice Compassus by Friday, Nov. 11; call (928) 472-6340 to R.S.V.P. and order ornaments.
