There will be a number of free Thanksgiving dinners served in Rim Country this year. They include:

Rim Country residents and visitors are welcome to join their neighbors at a free community Thanksgiving dinner Thursday, Nov. 24.

Once again, the Payson Elks Lodge, 1206 N. Beeline Highway, will present its free Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

The 8th annual event is open to the public with seatings at noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Donations will be accepted to help with costs, but are not required. Volunteers are welcome to help out.

Payson First Assembly

The Payson First Assembly invites Rim Country residents and visitors to a free Thanksgiving meal, Thursday, Nov. 24 at 1100 W. Lake Dr. (the church at Green Valley Park). Seatings are for noon, 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. Tickets may be picked up at the church from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Pine-Strawberry Thrift Store

The Pine-Strawberry Thrift Store on Highway 87 in Pine will provide a free community Thanksgiving Dinner at 2 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 24 in the Bruce Thompson Memorial Dining Hall, behind the Thrift Store.
