Thanksgiving dinner in Pine

There is no need to be alone on Thanksgiving. Everyone is invited as the Thrift Store in Pine offers a free Thanksgiving dinner at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 24 in the Bruce Thompson Memorial Dining Room (behind the Thrift Store).

The Senior Center Affairs Foundation (SCAF), which operates the Community Center Thrift Store and Dining Hall, does many wonderful things for seniors and the community throughout the year.

Activities include weekday lunches and games in the dining hall, movies, Meals-on-Wheels and much more.

The great SCAF volunteers are making this community Thanksgiving dinner possible and they can always use more help.

If you would like to join this band of angels, contact Rhonda at (928) 476-4633.
