Get Wireless, formerly Rim Country Wireless, is at 309 E. Highway 260 in the Safeway/Ponderosa Village Center.
Celebrating 17 years in business, the shop is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday — Black Friday, Nov. 25, it will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Owned and operated by the LaBonte family, Get Wireless district manager is Adam Jonus and the store is managed by Lisa Hillegas. There are six employees who are dedicated to providing the best in customer service. Their customer service efforts have been recognized three times by the Verizon corporation, most recently this August. That top-notch customer service and its product lines has also won Get Wireless a Best of Payson award for the past four years.
The staff has more than 20 years combined experience and extensive training. “They are all wireless experts and take the time to find out each customer’s needs, with no hurry or rush, to provide the phone with which each individual is most comfortable,” Jonus said.
Get Wireless offers a full line of basic and smartphones, including Apple, Android and iPhone, and a full line of accessories, such as Bluetooth, OtterBox cases and personalized snap-on cases. It also has home phone service through Home Phone Connect. Customers can also get mobile broadband cards for wireless Internet and a full line of tablets, ranging in price from $329 to $629.
