Mike Barr Memorial Co-ed Softball Tournament
This memorial tournament is open to all co-ed slow-pitch teams that wish to participate. There is a three-game guarantee.

Youth Sports
Fall Break Basketball Camp — Learn the fundamentals from coach Bill Farrell, a retired Paradise Valley basketball coach; Arizona Boys Basketball Coach of the Year in 1995 and 1997; and assistant director at John McLeod’s Suns Basketball Camp and the Cotton Fitzsimmons Camp. He has also coached several state championship teams; earned regional coach of the year honors; and coached three high school All-Americans and a state player of the year.

Start Smart Basketball
Start your child early with basketball — Start Smart Basketball will be held on Saturdays for one month. The clinic is designed for young children to become familiar with and begin to learn the sport of basketball.

Biddy Basketball
Prepare your child for youth basketball — Biddy Basketball will be held on Saturdays for a month. The clinic is designed for young children to begin to learn the sport of basketball.

Youth Basketball
Join the league. Each child will take home a team shirt. Those who register after the deadline for their age group will be placed on teams only if space permits. The youth basketball camp by Arizona Basketball Hall of Fame coach Bill Farrell will be held prior to the start of the season (see page 8A for more information).

Outdoor Recreation
The town’s After-School Archery Program is offered in partnership with the Arizona Game and Fish Department. This four-week program will meet twice a week. Classes will be taught by certified archery instructors.

Adult Sports
Adult Co-Ed Volleyball — Competitive and recreation divisions will be offered with a six-team minimum to split the league into two divisions. Team entry includes league play and an end-of-season double elimination tournament.
