Regulations Needed For Squeaky Brakes

For years we have been awakened around 5 a.m. every Monday by squeaking brakes on the garbage truck. It continues until 8 a.m. This morning it began at 5:15 a.m. and was worse than ever. The loud squalling of the brakes happens every 15 to 30 seconds as the driver collects the garbage throughout the neighborhood on Cherry, McKamey, Manzanita, Bonita, Ponderosa, etc. Are there not regulations against disturbing the peace or even noise abatement? It seems garbage collection trucks should have their trucks in good working order.

We don't need more regulations. Question 1; are they picking up your trash? Question 2; If yes good for you. If no; why not? Question 3; What would you do with your trash if no one picked it up?

Garbage trucks make noise we all know that. Think of it as a positive interference in a needed public service oriented world in which we are required (by law) to dispose of our trash.
