Y Is For Yoga

I may have Special K for breakfast. But then I follow it up with Special Y. Now put your incense down and don’t start with the Ohm thing.

I’m talking a stretch class, a strength class, a balance class, a toning class and an all-over workout class. Try it once, twice, three or all six days a week, starting at 9:15 a.m. for a wonderful hour.

When Payson Athletic Club morphed into a Big Lots there were many who shed tears. But then doors close and windows (of opportunity) open.

Over at Triangle Academy a guy named Jeff carved out a wonderful area for Jill and her yoga class. Jill created a routine that encompasses the basics of both aerobic and core training. We’ve been toning and stretching since April. If you’d like to join us, we’ll carve out a place for you, too.
