I would like to nominate Gary and Rosemary from Quality Plus for service above and beyond the call of duty. Recently, after 5 p.m., I ran out of tape for our credit card machine in the middle of processing billing.
Needless to say, this was an emergency for me and I had to get this paper. After a frantic call to Rosemary, they not only had the tape on hand, but actually delivered it to my office.
Thank you Gary and Rosemary for always giving great service!
