A winter storm is creating white out conditions on roadways throughout Rim Country Thursday afternoon.

There are reports of decreased visibility on Highway 260 between the Young Road turnoff and Heber with multiple slide-offs in the area.

There are also reports of ice on Highway 87 between Pine and Clints Well.

The Weather Service says the snow will likely continue through midnight and then clear out by tomorrow. Another chance of rain and snow returns early next week.
