The always popular Payson Public Library benefit, A Taste of Rim Country, is planned for 5 p.m., Saturday, March 3.
Up to 12 stations arranged around the library in Rumsey Park will feature some of the area’s best chefs showing off great taste treats. Guests will also have an opportunity to enjoy wine or sparkling cider with the food samples.
Only 250 tickets, at $30 per person will be sold, with a portion of the proceeds going to sustain and protect the Payson Public Library and its programs.
The winner of first place, chosen by the event’s guests in a people’s choice ballot, will get two tickets to the Cooks & Corks program at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. Second and third places will also be awarded.
