This group has no dues or age restrictions. The Tuesday Morning Breakfast Bunch meets at Tiny’s Restaurant every week at 9 a.m. to visit and plan future activities.

Wednesday, July 18, carpool to Pine for the Fiddler’s Jam Session, shopping in the Thrift Store, and $5 lunch at 11:30 in the Senior Center Dining Room. Make your reservation for lunch by calling 476-2151 the day before. Fiddlers begins at 1 p.m.

The Payson Rodeo Committee is now meeting to make final preparations for the upcoming August rodeo. It will meet July 17, 31 and Aug. 7 — prior to the August rodeo. The meeting time is at 6 p.m. at the Best Western Inn of Payson.
Payson Art League
Beth Lewis will be guest speaker at the next meeting of the Payson Art League, 6:30 p.m. July 17 at Rim Health & Retirement Community, 807 W. Longhorn Road.
Beth is a retired obstetrical registered nurse who has for the last several years been a member of the Prescott Art Docents. Her slide presentation on “Jewish Art” will highlight the work of Jewish artists from the late 1800s through the 1900s. Holocaust art as well as an exotic artist will be shown. Chagall’s work will be highlighted.
The public is welcome.
Senior Circle calendar

Wednesday, July 18 is the monthly member luncheon. Pot roast and all the trimmings will be served, followed by an ice cream social. Cost is $4.

Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group
The Desert Southwest Chapter cordially invites caregivers, families, service providers and members of the community to attend the Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group meeting at Payson Senior Center, 514 W. Main St., from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
The key is to walk away with skills to support caregivers of a loved one diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.

The Democratic Club of Northern Gila County will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 18 at the Democratic Headquarters located at 1101 S. Beeline Highway.
Our guest speakers will be Doug Ballard, candidate for Arizona Legislative District 6; Johnnie Robinson, candidate for U. S. House representing Dist 4 and also Matt Capalby representing Dr. Richard Carmona for the U. S. Senate.
Some other candidates may also be present. Campaign plans will be discussed.
There will also be reports from each of our officers and leaders of our Rim Country Democratic Women’s club and Gila County Democrats.
We still have need for some volunteers for phone calls and visitors. We are pleased to be hosting the Arizona Democratic Party Convention on Friday and Saturday, July 20-21 at the Payson High School. Your ideas and support will be both expected and appreciated.
Membership annual dues for calendar year 2012 are only $5 and can be collected at this meeting. Membership is required to vote on club business.

Rim Country Garrett Retirees meet July 19
Rim Country Garrett Retirees will meet Thursday, July 19 at Tiny’s. Social hour begins at 11 a.m. with lunch from the menu served at noon.

Lost Loves, a support group for adults who have lost a loved one through suicide, meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at the Senior Circle, 215 N. Beeline Highway, Payson. Adults suffering from such a loss are welcome to attend the group sessions which are free of charge. The group will be facilitated by a professional counselor and a survivor of suicide loss.
