The Payson Supply Line would like to thank the Payson American Legion Riders again this year for another incredible Fun Run event. Year after year this event just gets better and better, and the incredible food, auction and raffle items, and live music made the event a fun time for everyone (even those that weren’t there for the ride). Our most enjoyable event of the year continues to be the one that brings in the biggest donation, this year again exceeding $10,000!

We appreciate those at the American Legion who worked so hard all year to plan for this event, and all of those who worked during the event to make it such a huge success. Ted, Leon and the rest of the group, we thank you so much for everything you do! The T-shirts from the event this year were the best ever, and we wear ours proudly. We know that there were some T-shirts left over after the event and we would encourage anyone interested in supporting our troops to stop by the American Legion Post on East Highway 260 and purchase one. The proceeds all go to the Payson Supply Line and you’re going to love these shirts!

To date, the Payson Supply Line has mailed out more than 1,640, 35-pound care packages to our troops stationed in the war zones. Our mission began in January of 2005. If you have a friend or loved one stationed in Afghanistan and would like them to receive a care package from us, please contact us at paysonsupplyline@yahoo.com or by phone at (928) 474-6968 or (928) 474-6981.

We again thank the Payson American Legion Riders for their amazing support of our military personnel through Payson Supply Line. The donation amount received from this event will help us continue our mission and make our troops in Afghanistan feel the love and support from this community.

God bless,

Butch & Kathy Klein, Lud & Marian Kaftan
