All March blood donors will have a chance to win one of 25 pairs of party suite tickets to the April 21 game when the team takes on the Atlanta Braves, courtesy of the D-backs. The Payson blood drive is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, March 19 at Shepherd of the Pines Lutheran Church, 507 W. Wade Lane.
United Blood Services has been Arizona’s non-profit community blood provider since 1943 and serves patients in more than 50 Arizona hospitals.

The D-backs also became the fastest expansion team to win a World Championship after defeating the New York Yankees in the 2001 World Series in only their fourth year of existence. The organization and its Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation has donated $30 million to non-profit organizations in Arizona since 1997.
