Youth T-ball and Coach Pitch

We will once again offer T-ball for boys and girls ages 4 and 5, and Coach Pitch for boys and girls ages 6 and 7. Registration is based on the age of your child as of June 1.

Games will be played Monday-Thursday starting in June. Cost is $25 and includes team shirt. Volunteer coaches are always needed.

British Soccer Camp

The Brits are coming back to town. Don’t miss out on another great opportunity to be coached by ‘pros’ from the U.K. Simply the best fun and learning soccer experience available. Camp will be held June 4-8 at Rumsey North Soccer Field. Cost ranges from $84 to $180. Register online at

Summer Recreation Camp

We will once again be offering summer rec camp. Registration will be by the week with the first camp starting May 29. Cost is $30 and includes lunch. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rim Country Middle School.

Payson Wildlife Fair

Join us at Green Valley Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12 for a fantastic day of wildlife-based activities during the 18th Annual Payson Wildlife Fair. Parents and kids can fish for free, play games and get a close-up look at wildlife. Free admission.


The Payson Area Trails System (PATS) will sponsor a hike of the Boulders Loop Trail at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 19.

This beautiful and easy route starts at the end of Granite Dells Road. Meet at the Monument Peak Trailhead, east end of Granite Dells Road which is .25 miles from the Boulders Trailhead. Moderate level 3-mile hike.

Barrel Racing & Pole Bending

Barrel and Pole Practice will be held Wednesday nights at Payson Event Center. Books open at 4 p.m. Time only runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Fee is $3 per run or $5 for 3-minute time slot.

Friday nights there will be Barrel & Pole 4D Jackpot $250.00 added money to open. Dates are May 11, June 22, July 20, Aug. 24, Sept. 14 and Oct. 12.

Books open at 5 p.m. Competition starts at 7:30 p.m. Time Only: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. $3 per run, one-minute time limit.

There is a $25 registration fee and a $5 arena fee. 60 percent cash payout.
