There are still a few days to register for the Payson Parks & Recreation Department’s fall programs for both youth and adults.

Youth Basketball

Join the league. Each child will take home a team shirt. Those who register after the deadline for their age group will be placed on teams only if space permits.

7th & 8th Grade

Registration: Now thru Oct. 12

Dates: Oct. 26 - Dec. 8

Place: RCMS Gym

Fee: $30

5th & 6th Grade

Registration: Oct. 24 - Nov. 19

Dates: Dec. 8 - Jan. 26

Place: RCMS Gym

3rd & 4th Grade

Registration: Dec. 27 - Jan. 11

Dates: Feb. 2 - March 11 

Place: JRE Gym

Start Smart Basketball

Start your child early with basketball. Start Smart Basketball will be held on Saturdays for one month. The clinic is designed for young children to familiarize with and begin to learn the sport of basketball.

Registration: Oct. 4-12

Dates: Oct. 20, 27, Nov. 10, 17

Ages: 3 years to Kindergarten

Place: JRE Gym

Fee: $30

Bitty Basketball

Prepare your child for youth basketball. Bitty Basketball will be held on Saturdays for a month. The clinic is designed for young children to begin to learn the sport of basketball.

Registration: Oct. 4-12

Dates: Oct. 20, 27 - Nov. 10, 17

Ages: Grades 1 and 2

Place: JRE Gymnasium

Fee: $30

Adult Sports

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball competitive and recreation divisions will be offered with a six-team minimum to split the league into two divisions. Team entry includes league play and an end-of-season double elimination tournament.

Registration: Oct. 1 - Oct. 12

Dates: Nov. 5 - Dec. 10

Age: 18+
