Dr. Terry Rousseau, the full-time onsite physician at Payson Care Center, will be discussing ways to maintain optimal brain health at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Payson Senior Center on West Main Street.

Tips will include effective brain exercises, foods and nutritional supplements that help keep the brain healthy.

The title of the talk is “Brain Power, it’s never too late to learn.” The topic came about because of the increased interest in brain disease awareness.

At Payson Care Center, Dr. Rousseau provides both long- and short-term medical services to many patients struggling with memory loss.

If you are interested in attending the event, please contact Christy VanderMolen at (928) 951-2305.

Payson Care Center will also be providing free cognitive testing at the Mogollon Health Alliance Community Health & Care Fair Saturday, Nov. 3.
