The Humane Society of Central Arizona is gearing up for their upcoming fund-raiser and is proud of the many sponsors that are supporting this event.

The Sunset Jazz and Wine Auction promises guests a fun and lovely early evening full of events in a spectacular outdoor setting. There will be live music featuring the Payson Jazz Trio. Activities include a special selection of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, wine tasting, a photo booth, poker for paws, spa package raffle items, wine auction and a majestic Arizona sunset.

Sunset Jazz and Wine Auction will take place at Falcon Crest Bed and Breakfast located at 1105 N. Falcon Crest Drive.

The Sunset Jazz & Wine Auction is scheduled for Friday, May 10. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person and are available for sale at HSCAZ, The Humane Society Thrift Shop, Spa at the Borgata, PostNet, online and ticket captains. The Humane Society of Central Arizona has provided compassionate care and shelter for countless animals, in difficult situations. Proceeds from this event will go directly toward shelter operating costs.

TEAK

Teak has really come a long way. When he first came in as a stray, he was very shy and wouldn’t approach anyone. Now he is friendly and outgoing once he knows you. He gets along with most other dogs, and  recently has really started to enjoy playing. He likes going for walks and is working on potty training. Teak will be a loyal and loving companion for anyone who is willing to give him the time he needs to feel safe and secure.

CROWN 

Crown is an active girl who is smart and eager to learn new things. She loves people and gets along well with children. Crown likes to go for rides in the car and needs a yard with a secure fence. She is a sweet girl who is eager to find her forever home.

SOCKS 

Socks is a playful guy who loves to hang out with other dogs that are playful too. He is good with children of all ages and used to live with a 2-year-old. Socks is fun-loving, outgoing and very active. He will make a great family dog and will enjoy going camping or hiking with you.

CASSIE

Cassie is a love bug! She is extremely affectionate and loves people. Her favorite place to hang out is in one of the cat beds, where she can be found kneading away. She gets along well with other cats and is pretty easygoing. Cassie can be seen at our Payson PetSmart.

DITTO 

Ditto is outgoing, adventurous and loving. He gets along with everyone and is quick to make friends. He loves to meow and talk to you and he isn’t afraid to let you know he wants some attention. Ditto can also been seen at our Payson PetSmart.

M&M 

He may not be colored like the tasty candies, but he is definitely sweet like them. M&M may hide in the cat house at first, but he can easily be coaxed out for some attention. He gets along with other cats that are easygoing and friendly. He adores people and is ready to find his forever home.
