4:34 a.m. Deputies responded to a commercial alarm in Pine finding an employee accidentally set off the alarm.
6:54 a.m. A deputy noticed smoke coming from the inside of a cement culvert located alongside Highway 87 at the Pine trailhead. Evidence of a camp fire being left by a transient, a check of the area was made with no one being located.
10:10 a.m. Deputies responded along with the Tonto Basin Fire Department to the area of Punkin Center for a reported brush fire. Upon arrival, the fire was a legal burn and all units cleared.
1:28 p.m. A deputy responded to a report of personal property that fell off of a West bound vehicle on Highway 260 entering Star Valley. The deputy searched the area but was not able to locate the vehicle.
3:54 p.m. A deputy responded to Gisela for a reported illegally parked vehicle. Upon arrival the property owner was advised of what recourse he had and was attempting to contact the vehicle’s owner.
5:15 p.m. Deputies responded to a reported reckless driver on Highway 188 in Tonto Basin. The vehicle was located and the driver was not observed to be driving in a reckless manner, no action was taken.
10:08 p.m. Deputies were called to a Pine residence for a delayed assault call. After arrival, the caller advised he would seek an order of protection, taking no other legal action.
