The Phoenix New Times selected Fossil Creek Creamery one of the best “Summer Day Trips.”
The Creamery, located in Strawberry at 10379 W. Fossil Creek Road, features a working goat dairy and llama ranch.
“Many people from Rim Country, and those visiting Rim Country, find much enjoyment being entertained by the goats and llamas,” said owners John and Joyce Bittner.
Fossil Creek Creamery opened more than 15 years ago and in 2007 became a certified goat dairy.
The Creamery sells goat milk, cheese and fudge on site and delivers to several restaurants throughout Arizona.
They offer llama hikes and overnight yurt rentals.
