Community Responsible For Supply Line Success

Editor:

This month we celebrated the eighth anniversary of the Payson Supply Line. We thank the Payson Roundup and Teresa McQuerrey for the wonderful recent article about our organization and all of the accomplishments made during these past eight years. None of this would have been possible without the support of this great community that we live in.

Teresa was kind enough to mention a few of our generous supporters and contributors that we appreciate so much. There are so many more and it would be impossible to mention them all, but we always want to be sure to thank our biggest contributing organization, our local American Legion Post 69, for everything they do for us throughout the year.

Ted, Leon and the gang bring all of their hard work together every year with their American Legion Riders Fun Run motorcycle ride. It is an amazing event and the Riders have made Payson Supply Line their only charity so all contributions they receive are donated to us.

The Fun Run gets bigger and better every year. Watch for their advertising this year as the event draws closer and join in as a rider or just stop by for the wonderful food, live music, auction and raffle items.

We’ll be there with lots of Payson Supply Line information, thank you letters and pictures from our troops, and other goodies.

Again, we want to thank all of our supporters who have been so loyal during these past eight years — those already mentioned, plus the Payson Pro Rodeo Committee, ERA Real Estate, the Payson Elks Lodge, Scoops Ice Cream and Espresso and all the others, to all of our individual supporters. It is all of you that make Payson Supply Line the loving connection that it is to our brave men and women fighting for this country. With God’s blessing and your support, this mission will continue until they all come home.

Many blessings,

Butch and Kathy Klein
