Those Who Hunt For Sport Do Not Respect Wildlife

Editor:

Hunting’s main purpose years ago, in the 1950s and before in Payson, by the townspeople was to help provide food for the family.

The few who came from “The Valley/flatlanders” came for sport not to use the meat for food, but to show off to their friends what a hunter they were.

Now some with the same mindset have moved to Payson or the Rim Country, that’s why they don’t have respect for wildlife and never will.
