The weekend storm had a big impact in Christopher Creek, but problems were made a little easier to bear with the help of neighbors and visitors.
Hello again, fellow Creekers.
I hope you all had a safe and happy holiday season and were able to spend quality time with family and friends. We’ve had many great guests at the Christopher Creek Lodge during the holidays. It’s been a wonderful season of families and friends coming to Christopher Creek to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and play in some snow.
We are very grateful for the many visitors that come to Christopher Creek each year.
The New Year is also a one-year anniversary for Brendon Lewis, the property manager of the Christopher Creek Lodge. Brendon moved back to Arizona a year ago on New Year’s Day and took on the big task of managing the Christopher Creek Lodge.
In his first few months, he worked tirelessly renovating both the Christopher Creek Lodge and the Grey Hackle Lodge to have them ready for summer.
Since that time, he and his family have been taking great care of guests and making lots of new friends along the way. Happy First Year Anniversary, Brendon, and thank you.
I’d love to get some neat winter pictures, especially if they are accompanied with a story. If anyone has a neat Christmas tradition, or favorite New Year’s story, I’d love to hear it and share it.
As always, I do need your help with content and stories! For anyone wanting to submit information from the Christopher Creek area for inclusion in our weekly article, please email me at: info@christophercreek lodge.com. Any submitted pictures must be full-size (typically around 1MB per picture). The cutoff time for inclusion in Friday’s article is close of business on Monday.
Thanks again for reading the column.
