David E. Glow, M.D., a family physician from Payson, is being honored by The American Medical Association for his 50-year anniversary of graduation from medical school.
The AMA is committed to recognizing individual physicians who have dedicated their lives to treating patients and serving the medical profession.
James Madara, M.D., executive vice president and chief executive officer of the AMA, said.
“Dr. Glow has seen many changes in medicine in the last 50 years. We sincerely thank him for his commitment,” Madara added.
Dr. Glow graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pa. in May 1963, and has been a member o the AMA for 45 years.
Dr. Glow is a member of the AMA’s Senior Physicians Section, which includes 55,000 physicians who are 65 years and beyond.
