Recall Barton

Editor:

Recent public remarks by Brenda Barton who claims to represent this district in the state Legislature, prove that she completely misuses this trust.

Her most recent miscreant and uninformed public remarks concerning President Obama and the Tea Party government shut down are, or should be, a disgrace to every citizen. She brings dishonor and shame on the people she claims to represent. We deserve far better, no matter what our politics.

A recall should be in order.

Oh Donnie, Hoped you had moved or become incapacitated, oh wait, it's obvious you, like Barton are mentally done. Good job Noble Man, you hit the nail on the head. How can we get together and get rid of Crandall and Barton...good gosh they are laughing at Northern Arizona on national news...Der Fuehrer? Give it a rest Brenda...and Donald et.al., please move to Russia as I'm sure you think Putin is better than a black prez. Good riddance. Ted.

Sorry, Ted ... uh, check that; I'm not sorry -- but dealing with a bunch of Marxists or their "useful idiots" (Valdimir Lenin's description of his followers) is an awfully dirty job, but someone has to do it.

Here's my reply to Noble's predictable nonsense:

Noble Collins has taken offense at Rep. Brenda Barton’s reference to President Obama as “Der Fuhrer,” implying that he is of the same ilk as Hitler, a Nazi. (“Recall Barton,” Oct. 15th, Roundup.)

I think even Mr. Collins would agree that Mr. Obama is a socialist, and Mr. Obama has admitted it. I have serious reservations about whether Mr. Obama is legally our U.S. President or not, but I’m sure Mr. Collins is certain he is. Well, if Mr. Obama is our national President, and he is a socialist, and his policies are in line with socialist policies, then it follows that Mr. Obama is a “National Socialist.”

It may comes as a surprise to Mr. Collins and other readers of the Roundup,” but the word “Nazi” is German gutter slang for “National Socialist.”

Rep. Brenda Barton was exactly correct in her remarks. Mr. Obama and his cohorts are leading us down the exact same national socialist path as Hitler’s Nazis, and I think the Democrats have a duty to help the Republicans put a stop to it.

So, Noble and Ted, are you two going to continue to shirk your duty to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States? I mean, like you could meet that duty by pointing out to your beet-red leaders that the Constitution requires all bills for raising revenue to originate in the House, and if ObamaCare is a "tax" as claimed by John Roberts, then it is illegal because it did not originate in the House. And maybe you would like to point out to them that Art. I Sec 7 Cl. 1 says it is the job of the House of Representatives to craft a budget, not the Senate. And maybe you could point out to them that no power is delegated to the Senate or to the Senate Majority Leader to refuse to vote on a budget. The Constitution authorizes the Senate to amend or concur with amendments and if they do, they can send it back to the House for reconciliation, but refusing to vote on a budget passed by the House is pure-dee malfeasance of office, and Harry Reid should be impeached. You guys take great pride in pushing a far-left agenda, but you DO believe the Constitution is the supreme Law of the Land, don't you? (If you want me to have a laughing fit, say yes.)

Hmm. Seems to me most of these people who are regulars on the message boards would already have been banned!

Rep. Barton was correct about Der Führer, oops, I mean the president. She should be given a medal, not face a recall election. Some of the Obama supporters on this site are seriously rabid in their defense of their socialist president.

LOL @ petulant boomers calling a centrist democrat a socialist. Please show your proof of the black potus being socialist.

Donald Cline 9 months, 1 week ago

And another Obama supporter defines himself as a racist. Here's a newsflash, John: Most Tea Partiers I know would vote for Alan Keyes or Allen West in a New York Second, and they are each blacker than Obama by half. It's not his race or his skin color, John, it is his totalitarian anti-Constitution politics, and there is nothing "centrist" or "democratic" about that. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are centrist by definition and they establish a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Anything legislated not in line with the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights is either Marxist or Fascist or Criminal and almost always two out of that three.

lol "Obama supporter". Once again. I don't address people who call names. Good luck with that.

Donald Cline 9 months, 1 week ago

You defended him as not being a socialist which he most clearly is, so one has to assume you support him. But your bail out is typical of those who politically support the unsupportable; I've been in this fight for 38 years and I have yet to find a liberal willing to engage in the "rational discussion" they are always whining and sniveling that they want.

I don't vote. That position is bought and paid for long before the populace votes. What would my voting record have to do with whether or not Obama is a socialist?

0

H. Wm. Rhea III 9 months, 1 week ago

Well, while I won't disagree with you on elections being bought, I would say that if a person doesn't vote, then they have no right to complain. But the socialistic proclivities of our President are self-evident, anyone, except other socialists and communists can see that.

This was a double reply and I can't delete it, so it stays.

If you talk like a racist, you'll be called a racist. If you refuse to challenge that description, then you are still a racist based upon your previous statement. You don't win debates or convince others of the rightness of your position by taking cheap shots and running and hiding behind your oh-so-offended façade. That's a trick reserved to Marxists and other mentally retarded sophomores.

Well, John Weichmann, I suggest you Google the words "Obama admits socialist" and Google will return about 107,000 hits documenting when Obama had admitted being a socialist. The first few are his comments about being tagged a big-spending socialist, but following those are many, many in which he expresses a belief in the redistribution of wealth (which is socialist theft any way you look at it) and at least one of his fellow students at Occidental described him as being a dyed-in-the-wool Marxist revolutionary. And by the way, what he is conducting today while infesting our White House is not a "revolution" as some claim; rather, it is an insurrection against our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The distinction is based on the fact that his agenda is not shared by the majority of the people in our nation. However, his mentors, like communist terrorist Bill Ayers and communist radical Saul Alinsky, who wrote "Rules for Radicals," which Obama has turned into "Rules for Revolution." clearly seek destruction of capitalism and its replacement with socialism, which is nothing but a staging point in preparation for the violent Marxist revolution -- if the people are not armed to the teeth, as we are. Oh, and Bill Ayers recently expressed disapproval of his disciple Obama because he wasn't moving fast enough. The "Second Bolshevik Revolution" has been set back several times as the number of firearms in private hands have doubled in response to each far-left attempt at restricting and/or banning firearms, and is currently running about 13 years late. Obama's internationalist backers are getting impatient; they know they will have to achieve their objective during Obama's term or lose their window of opportunity for another hundred years. You can expect a lot of weird stuff happening in the next few months, like repeats of the EBT card failure: They desperately need a cause to declare Martial Law, because they figure -- incompetently, I might add -- that when Obama signs the UN Small Arms Treaty, that treaty will authorize foreign troops on US soil if he can come up with some excuse for Martial Law. (It doesn't, of course, but neither the rule of law or the Constitution that created it means much to that bunch.) The bloody lot of them are incompetent, because their theories are not going to fly in this country. The genie of liberty will not go back in the totalitarian bottle. The Marxists keep getting surprised by that fact, but they keep trying regardless.

Mr. Wiechmann, If you don't vote , then your opinions don't matter. Don't try to engage any of us that care. On either side of the subject. And ,as you have said, goodbye

Love the arrogance. Only tools vote in rigged elections.
Me not voting gives me more of a right to complain, I'm not responsible for putting a lying cheater in office in any way, shape, or form.

We need as many people as possible of all ages and walks of life to do their research and vote. That is what will change election outcomes. More voices. Perhaps not in my lifetime, but I keep hoping! And I hope you reconsider and register and then vote in the next election, John.

Mr. Collins, "A recall should be in order". So what's stopping you from initiating one? If you really want something done about Ms Barton, start the ball rolling yourself. You appear to have several ready made proponents right here on this blog. No telling how many more out there would agree with your assessment.
