It’s Homecoming Week at Payson High School with events planned throughout the week and culminating on Friday and Saturday with the parade, game and dance. See how the Longhorns are shaping up for the gridiron battle with St. Johns on page 1B.

Homecoming Parade

The parade will start at 11:15 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27. Students may watch the parade off campus if they are in grades 10 through 12 by signing themselves out of class. If students are in the ninth grade, they need to be signed out by a parent.

Homecoming Game

The Homecoming Game, Payson vs. St. Johns, is at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27 at Longhorn Stadium.

Homecoming Dance

The Homecoming Dance is from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28.

Tickets are on sale at the bookstore for $12 for a single ticket or $20 for a couple.

Be sure to get your tickets before the dance. Prices will go up to $14 for single and $22 for a couple at the door.

Satyr will be returning, with a glow theme this year. Put on your best attire.
