On Sept. 17, Payson McDonald’s employees donated their time to paint the Payson High School concession stand and restrooms.

In support of their company-wide children’s education and well-being initiatives, local McDonald’s restaurants are working with more than 50 school districts and 75 schools in Arizona. More than 500 crew and managers will be contributing 2,000 hours to help with school improvement projects statewide.

These events are an opportunity for McDonald’s to give back in ways that reach beyond their food and restaurant services. This service event complements “National People Week,” a national McDonald’s campaign that celebrates employees for their valued contributions to the company.

The 280 McDonald’s restaurants in the state of Arizona annually feed $283.6 million into the Arizona economy and employ 12,770 people.
