Michael Manasseri has opened House of Color at 614 S. Beeline Highway. Manasseri chose the name to reflect the large, vivid gemstones he’s known to use in his creations, such as the peridot ring below.

A master jeweler has opened his shop off the Beeline Highway.

Michael Manasseri was working in the back of Western Village, but struck out on his own with a stand-alone studio offering jewelry design, construction and repair at 614 S. Beeline Highway.

Manasseri opened House of Color in mid-July, the name reflecting the large, vivid gemstones Manasseri is known to use in his custom creations.

Manasseri has some 30 years of experience in the jewelry trade, a master of inlay and pave.

Manasseri couldn’t explain why he was drawn to the jewelry field, but always knew he would work in fabrication. He picked up the trade on his own, always willing to try new things.

Today, Manasseri said he can create just about anything, using his own stones or those that a customer brings in. He also does antique restorations and jewelry repair on site.

“I offer competitive prices on everything,” he said.

Besides his own work, House of Color carries fashion collections from Tucson and Texas artists.

“You wont believe the incredible sparkle of our area’s Payson diamonds. Other Arizona favorites include peridot and of course, spectacular amethyst from Four Peaks.”
