Bryndee Hall Takes All-Around Cowgirl Honors At Safford

Rim Country Middle School eighth-grader Bryndee Hall is enjoying a strong season in the Arizona Junior High Rodeo Association.

Rim Country residents once again performed well on the Arizona High School and Junior High Rodeo circuits last weekend in Safford.

Bryndee Hall earned the All-Around Junior High Cowgirl Award for the weekend by placing first in breakaway roping and fourth in both ribbon roping and pole bending on Saturday, and second in goat tying, fourth in barrel racing, fifth in pole bending and seventh in ribbon roping with partner Sam Garside on Sunday.

In the High School Division, Chelsie Stodghill finished fourth in barrel racing on Sunday, fifth in breakaway roping on Saturday and sixth in barrel racing on Saturday.

Monty James placed fourth in calf roping on Sunday, fifth in calf roping on Saturday and teamed with Bryce Stodghill to place second in team roping on Sunday.

Makiah Taylor took eighth in barrel racing on Saturday and 10th in the same event on Sunday.

Also entered from Payson were: Denton Petersen, Quinton Wells, Jesus Perez and Trey Hale.
