Join our ballroom dancing class or perhaps you would like to learn to line dance. Ballroom dancing class is held each Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Line dancing is held on Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Call Senior Circle at (928) 472-9290 for more information.

Patients at Payson Regional Medical Center will now have secure online access to their hospital inpatient records — test results, medications, procedure information, diagnoses and discharge instructions.

It’s convenient, private, easy and free. At registration, once you present your photo ID and let us know your email address, we will help you get connected to your Patient Portal. Information is available from any computer, tablet or smart phone with Internet connection.

Information about your stay will be available 36 hours after your discharge from the hospital.

Lunch and Learn

Our next lunch and learn is at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 19. Tom Quirk will be the guest speaker and his topic will be tai chi. Tai chi is a meditative movement exercise that had its beginnings as a form of martial arts. Tai chi helps with balance, muscle strength, range of motion and flexibility. Learn more about tai chi and enjoy a demonstration of this ancient Chinese exercise. Please call ahead to reserve your seat — (928) 472-9290. Join our tai chi class each Monday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

AARP Smart Driver Course

This new course curriculum is the product of years of research, input from dedicated volunteers, and insight from experts across the transportation and driver safety industries. For AARP members, the course fee is $15, for non-AARP members, the fee is $20. You may enjoy a reduced insurance premium as a result of participation in this course. Registration is required and can be made by calling Senior Circle at (928) 472-9290. The next class is being offered on Saturday, April 12.
