Velma Virginia Gunter 1919 - 2008

Velma Virginia Gunter, 89, died Sept. 14, 2008 in Payson. She was born Jan. 1, 1919 in Malden, Mo. to Robert Thompson and Fannie Huey.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Darlene Strouse and family, of Payson; and her son, Louie Dale Gunter and family, of South Elgin, Ill.
Private services were held.
