Ruth Darlene Strouse, 65, died Feb. 5, 2009 in Payson. She was born Feb. 20, 1943 in Oak Park, Ill. to Louie Leroy Gunter and Velma Virginia Thompson.
She is survived by one brother, Louie Dale Gunter and family of South Elgin, Ill.; four children, Terry Dishroon and family of Tucson, Janet Scott and family of Clarkton, Mo., Cindy Owens and family of Payson and Darla Creighton and family of Payson.
Private services were held in Payson.
