Rosa Pina, 90, passed away July 30, 2009 at Hospice Compassus in Payson. She was born Nov. 10, 1918 in Colombia, South America to Jose and Eva Pina.
She is survived by her sons, Ricardo and daughter-in-law, Carman Pina of Show Low and Armando Rada of Colombia, South America; three grandchildren, Richard, Robert and Ronald Rada; 10 great-grandchildren, three in the U.S., Robert, Mickey and Milissa Rada, and seven in South America.
Ms. Pina was preceded in death by one of her sons, Santiago Rada of Colombia.
She was a member of the Spanish congregation of the Jehovah’s Witness Church in Show Low.
