Elsie Miller, 78, of Payson, died July 20, 2009. She was born in Nevada, Mo. She spent the majority of her life in Payson.
Many will remember her from when she owned Elsie’s Pioneer Bar. She was very active in community functions.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her son, Stephen Brown of Joseph City; and daughters, Laura Carter and Kathy Cronin, both of Payson. She also has six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Martin.
“She will be very missed by her family and friends,” her family writes.
