Joy Suzanne Lann
1980 - 2009
Joy Suzanne Lann, 29, of Payson, went to her heavenly Father May 27, 2009 in Surprise, Ariz. She was born May 7, 1980 and was the Precious Angel daughter of Linda (Inman) and Rick Morris, and Don Lann; the granddaughter of the late Bill and Hattie Inman and Barrle and Mary Lann.
She is survived by her children, whom she loved, Britt, Dallas, Mathew and Micheal; brothers, Bill, Dan, James and Whit; sisters, Rosemary, Callie and Kaylena; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her very much.
Ms. Lann was so full of life, love, kindness and compassion. She was always there for everyone, she went out of her way to help others.
She was preceded in death by her spouse only one month ago; and her sister, Melinda.
Ms. Lann attended school in Williams, Ariz. and Rio Salado, Gila and Pinal County Community Colleges. She was employed as a technician at Behavioral Healthcare.
She loved the outdoors, hunting, camping, fishing, and most of all she loved her family more than life itself.
“Joy was an Angel in disguise. Our baby girl will be missed. Life will never be the same without her. Wherever she went or whatever she did, her smile lit up the room. God Bless our precious Angel,” writes her family.
The family said because Joy never liked the fuss, graveside services will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 6 at the cemetery in Williams, with a picnic following at Kaibab Lake. “Joy loved the lake and to picnic,” her family said.
