Marydell Lucille (Mitchell) Hamlin, born Dec. 20, 1917 in Plymouth, Ill., died July 29, 2009 in Hillsboro, Ore.
She was the daughter of James A. and Lillie G. Mitchell, and married Ward Richard Hamlin Aug. 3, 1946 in Elkhart, Ind.
She was preceded in death by Ward on March 12, 1998 after more than 50 years of marriage.
Mrs. Hamlin was a longtime resident of Payson before moving to Oregon to be closer to family.
