Lloyd Lee Moyer
Lloyd Moyer, known as the Blue-Eyed Cowboy, was an artist, cowboy, farmer, freelance writer, professional clown, professional musician and editor of two newspapers. He was born in Kansas and raised in Oklahoma. He moved to Camp Verde 12 years ago and then came to Payson 10 years ago.
Mr. Moyer is survived by his daughter, Dawn Lynn Watson; sons, Kerry James Moyer and Daniel Eugene Moyer; and grandchildren, Brooke and Brett, Edward, Alyssa and Dorian.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Sept. 12 at Mountain Bible Church.
